Four Peel Spritz
1 oz Four Peel Gin
1 1/2 oz Mango or Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Aperol
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Sparkling Rose Topper
Build in a wine glass with ice. Garnish with tropical fruit.
Four Peel Saturn
2 oz Four Peel Gin
1 oz Passionfruit Puree
1/2 oz Orgeat
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
Build in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into collins glass. Top with pebble ice. Garnish with mint sprig and dehydrated lime.
