September 22 is the first day of Fall and we’re celebrating by welcoming the changing season with the fifth batch of Watershed Distillery’s Bourbon Finished in Apple Brandy Barrels.

Back for another year, we put our best foot forward by hand-selecting mature bourbon made from corn, rye, and barley and finishing it in traditional American Oak Apple Brandy barrels. To capture the pureness of the bourbon, we aged it for six years and bottled it at barrel strength to create the perfect tribute to Autumn in Ohio.

Aromas of cinnamon, clove, and toasted almonds collide to create a complex spirit that gives way to cascading notes of honey, dried plums, and baked apples- perfectly made to pour and share.

This apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as it joins the ranks of Watershed Distillery’s Fall Finishing Series and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed creating it.
