Our bourbon starts its life fresh from the still, young, lively, and full of character, but that’s just the beginning. It might not look like much is happening in these charred oak barrels, but the spirit inside is alive, and day by day, year by year, it evolves and changes. The Barrel Room at Watershed Kitchen & Bar is the perfect place to celebrate the important watershed moments in your own life. Set against the backdrop of this ever changing spirit, our private event space is perfect for toasting to life’s important moments with family and friends.
The Barrel Room can be booked for private events Tuesday through Sunday during restaurant open hours. The space holds up to 50 people and a variety of service options are available to you. Our staff will be happy to assist you in planning the perfect celebration for your special day.
Our restaurant is chef driven and menu items are based on seasonal produce and offerings. For this reason, our staff will work with you to develop a menu for your event considering budget and dietary needs and restrictions.
Q:How many people can I host at the Barrel Room?
A: The Barrel Room can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Q: What’s the rental fee for the Barrel Room?

Q: Once I’ve booked the Barrel Room, when is my guest count due?
A: Your guest count is due no less than 72 hours prior to your event start time.
Q: May I decorate the Barrel Room for my event?
A: Decorations are allowed but must be contained within the private event space. We also ask that no tape, nails, adhesives, etc be utilized on the walls, the glass or the tables. Glitter nor confetti are permitted.
Q: Are my guests allowed to order drinks at the main bar during my event?
A: Guests are allowed to visit the main bar during your event, or they can order cocktails from the server(s) supporting your event.
Q: May my guests order off the regular dinner menu during the event?
A: Your guests will be limited to the menu and offerings agreed upon in your event contract prior to your event. The dinner menu is reserved for guests dining in the dining room.
Q: Is there a set menu for me to select food from for my event?
A: Our restaurant is chef driven and menu items are based on seasonal produce and offerings. For this reason, there is not a set menu for you to choose from when planning the food for your event. Our staff will work with you to develop a menu for your event considering budget and dietary needs and restrictions.
Q: I need to consider allergies and dietary restrictions for my guests. Is this something your kitchen can support?
A: Our kitchen can support a variety of allergies and dietary restrictions when building your menu. Please communicate these needs to our staff when selecting your menu items. Be aware, we are not an allergy free kitchen and will regularly be working with products containing gluten, dairy, nuts, meat, eggs, etc.
Q: May I schedule a private tour of the distillery for the guests during my event?
A: If a tour is an important part of the guest experience you want to offer, please communicate that to the staff when booking your event so that we can plan for it and support your request. Extra staff and coordination is required in order to support private tours.
